Memento

The idea of home has always been shifting for me—from Kazakhstan to many stops across the U.S., and now into my life as a parent and caregiver. I love the notion of carrying a sense of home within myself—a grounding that allows growth and exploration. In Memento, I hand-cut paper into patterns that trace the balance between rootedness and freedom, a reminder that even in moments of disconnection, there’s always a way back to center.
